Artivists for social change Suriname

About: Artivists for social change Suriname aims to enhance cultural participation of youth in Surinam. The core of the project consists of setting up safe art spaces in Paramaribo, conducting workshops in filmmaking, radio/podcast, storytelling for human rights/LGBTi rights activists, artists and gender equality advocates and launching LGBTQ film festival. Artivists for social change Suriname is a two year project funded in the Twinning subsidy scheme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs The Netherlands.
